new years' {legal} resolutions

Compiling a long list of audacious goals at 23h59 on the 31st of December may seem a bit artificial, but there is something to be said for getting more focused and proactive at the beginning of a new year. Here are 5 resolutions to add to your list for getting the year off on the right track:
1. The talk from the top is that the economy has moved from the ICU into recovery, but things are still going to be tight at least up till the 3rd quarter of 2010. With the credit crunch being replaced with the “payment crunch”, cash flow management and sound credit policies will be key.
Challenging times are still ahead, but the worst is definitely behind us. If you are one of those who are still standing – congratulations! Here’s to being leaner, meaner and smarter in 2010.
