Electronic Communications Act - New licence terms and conditions

ICASA have released draft terms and conditions for the licences to be granted under the Electronic Communications Act (ECA). Proposed terms and conditions for the following licence types are set out:
- Individual electronic communications network services
- Individual electronic communications services
- Individual broadcasting services
- Class electronic communications network services
- Class electronic communications services
- Class broadcasting services
Comments on the draft terms and conditions must be submitted to ICASA by the 19th September. For more information please see the relevant link on the ICASA home page.
