VANS: Payment of Annual Licence Fee and USAF Contribution

We have prepared a guide, based on information received from ICASA, for VANS licencees on their obligations to pay
- an annual licence fee
- an annual contribution to the Under Serviced Area Fund (USAF).

These obligations are part of the VANS licence terms and conditions and we would advise licencees to ensure that they are up to date so as to avoid being found to be in breach of their licence terms and conditions.
